Netflix today unveiled the premiere date as well as new images of Breathless, Netflixs first hospital drama in Spain created by Carlos Montero ( lite) and starring Najwa Nimri (La casa de papel, Sagrada Familia), Aitana S nchez Gij n (Madres paralelas, La Regenta), Blanca Su rez (Las chicas del cable, Jaguar), Manu R os ( lite, El silencio), Borja Luna (Cristo y Rey, Sin huellas) and Alfonso Bassave (Estoy vivo, Antidisturbios) that will premiere next August 30 on Netflix.

This new 8-episode fiction series is produced by El Desorden Crea and has Carlos Montero and Diego Betancor as executive producers. It was directed by David Pinillos and Marta Font, and written by Carlos Montero, Carlos Ruano, Guillermo Escribano and Pablo Saiz. The cast is completed by Ana Rayo, Macarena de Rueda, Blanca Mart nez, Abril Zamora, Xo n F rneas, Marwa Bakhat and V ctor S inz among others.

Joaqu n Sorolla hospital is much more than a public hospital in Valencia where lives are saved on a daily basis. Doctors and residents work hard in the frenetic pace of the emergency room, where tensions, emotions and even desire accelerate the hearts of a staff who live increasingly on the edge.
