BURBANK, Calif. - Monday's episode of The Real, featuring Rachel Dolezal, matched its September 14th season debut rating to be the highest rated episode this season (averaging a 1.1/4 HH Rtg/Shr for the day in its primary airings). In an exclusive interview, the hosts of The Real sat down with the former NAACP chapter president who made national headlines when her race came into question. In an open, intense, conversation about racial identity that could only happen on The Real, Dolezal finally and honestly answered the question, What is your race?

Monday's episode also tied for the highest rated episode on the Fox Television Stations, posting a (1.3/5 HH Rtg/Shr). In addition, the show garnered interest across generations - ranking #1 in the time period with Women 18-34, Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 in New York and Los Angeles. Among its target Women 25-54, The Real ranked #1 in the time period in three of the Top 5 markets: New York (1.5/10 Rtg/Shr), Los Angeles (0.9/6 Rtg/Shr) and Philadelphia (1.2/7 Rtg/Shr). Monday's episode also saw two markets deliver their biggest Women 25-54 ratings of the season to date: Sacramento (1.1/7 Rtg/Shr) and St. Louis (1.4/8 Rtg/Shr).
