Ateme has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire 87 per cent of OTT and IPTV software provider, Anevia.

Ateme is in talks with shareholders to acquire 87 per cent of the share capital and 90 per cent of the theoretical voting rights for Anevia.

The transaction, which has has received the prior unanimous support of the boards of directors of both companies, is expected to be completed before the end of Q3 2020.

The combination of the two companies would create a major player in video broadcasting infrastructure, with a combined revenue of more than 80 million.
