Digital Heaven today announced SpeedScriber, a brand new automated transcription service for content creators. Documentary filmmakers, journalists, audio and video producers all depend on reliable transcripts of their files, whether it be an interview for editing purposes or a text version of the finished product. While there are several web-based transcription services on the market, they generally offer delivery times of 24 hours or longer. SpeedScriber provides affordable and surprisingly accurate automated transcripts delivered in real-time or faster.

Transcribing audio or video files manually is a tedious and time-consuming process so there is a huge demand amongst content creators for automated transcripts, yet the results are usually more comical than useful.
