Bahnlager f r Fahrmotor, Getriebe und Radsatz unterliegen bei unterschiedlichen Einsatzbedingungen h chsten Anforderungen an Qualit t und Sicherheit. An seinen weltweit 73 Fertigungsstandorten fertigt Schaeffler diese Produkte mit modernsten Technologien nach weltweit einheitlichen Qualit tsstandards. Von der Rohlingherstellung bis hin zur Montage deckt Schaeffler dabei alle relevanten Fertigungsschritte ab. Integrierte Kontroll- und Pr fverfahren sichern h chste Qualit t ber die gesamte Wertsch pfungskette. Das Schaeffler-Qualit tsmanagementsystem stellt die Einhaltung bahnspezifischer Normen sowie nationaler und internationaler Standards sicher.
Mit seiner Marke FAG hat sich Schaeffler bereits fr hzeitig auf dem asiatischen Bahnmarkt etabliert. In Indien produziert Schaeffler seit ber 30 Jahren unterschiedliche Lagertypen f r Radsatz- und Antriebslagerungen. In China ist Schaeffler ebenfalls seit mehr als 30 Jahren pr sent, seit 2002 auch mit einer eigenen Fertigung f r Radsatzlager. Auch Bahnkunden der Russischen F deration k nnen k nftig von Schaeffler direkt beliefert werden. Im neuen Werk in Uljanowsk werden zuk nftig TAROL- und Zylinderrollenlager-Einheiten produziert.
Das chinesische Schaeffler-Werk f r Bahnlager befindet sich in Yinchuan, Hauptstadt der autonomen Provinz Ningxia. Dort fertigen ber 500 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter Radsatzlager-Einheiten, sogenannte TAROL-Einheiten, f r metrische und Zoll-Abmessungen. Diese kommen berwiegend in Lokomotiven und G terwagons zum Einsatz. Auch Hersteller au erhalb Chinas werden mit den Produkten aus Yinchuan beliefert. Alle Produkte werden nach h chsten und weltweit einheitlichen Qualit tsma st ben gefertigt. Das Werk ist nach ISO 9001 ebenso zertifiziert wie nach ISO 14001. Dar ber hinaus erf llt die Fertigung in Yinchuan auch die Qualit tsanforderungen der AAR (Association of American Railroads).
Lokale Wertsch pfung als Voraussetzung
Schaeffler setzt in der Bahntechnik auf die Pr senz vor Ort und damit auf den Aufbau lokaler Wertsch pfung. Ziel ist es, die spezifischen Anforderungen der M rkte zu kennen und die Produkte hinsichtlich Qualit t, Leistung und Preis optimal auf die regionalen Besonderheiten auszurichten. Dazu z hlt nicht nur der Aufbau eines leistungsf higen Au endienstes, sondern auch die lokale Produktion bis hin zum Aufbau lokaler Forschungs- und Entwicklungskapazit ten. Dabei wird ber cksichtigt, dass Neuentwicklungen durch die Anmeldung von Schutzrechten auch in den lokalen M rkten gesch tzt werden.
Voraussetzung f r eine erfolgreiche Produktion an lokalen Standorten ist auch eine kontinuierliche Personalentwicklung. Mitarbeiter werden in Deutschland bzw. regelm ig vor Ort von internen und externen Trainern geschult. Der Aufbau einer eigenen Ausbildung vor Ort sichert zudem h chste Qualit tsstandards in der Nachwuchsf rderung. Derzeit ist Schaeffler mit TAROL-Lagern aus Yinchuan beispielsweise in der Baureihe f r die Metro Delhi beteiligt und liefert Radsatzlager f r die Metro in Guangzhou/China.
Damit ist Schaeffler in der Lage, den Auf- und Ausbau der schienengebundenen Infrastruktur mit Know-how und Qualit t zu unterst tzen, technische Trends fr hzeitig zu erkennen und umzusetzen und so am enormen Wachstumspotenzial der asiatischen M rkte maximal zu partizipieren.
