NVP acaba de incorporar a su flota una unidad m vil totalmente preparada para la producci n en UHD 4K. La empresa de servicios audiovisuales italiana ofrecer desde esta unidad m vil producciones en SD, HD, UHD, SDR y HDR.
Junto con su socio local Aret, el fabricante alem n Lawo ha proporcionado sus sistemas de procesamiento de audio, v deo y automatizaci n.
El coraz n de los sistemas de audio de la UM 4 lo conforma dos consolas de producci n Lawo mc 56, un enrutador Nova e interfaces Dallis. Todo el equipamiento de la unidad m vil se controla mediante el sofisticado sistema VSM (Virtual Studio Manager) de Lawo. Adem s, cuenta con las unidades de procesamiento de video V__pro8 de 8 canales de Lawo, ofreciendo todas las caracter sticas necesarias en el flujo de trabajo de producci n en un equipo compacto de solo 1RU. Juntas, las consolas de audio y VSM garantizan la versatilidad necesaria para la operaci n multiformato en las producciones m s desafiantes a lo largo de toda Europa.
La nueva unidad de NVP se emplear en la retransmisi n de eventos como los partidos de la Serie A de la liga de f tbol italiana (producidos en 4K), conciertos y eventos musicales y conferencias al m s alto perfil. Recientemente, se emple en la cobertura de la cumbre del G7 en Taormina el pasado mes de mayo, cuando NVP actu como host broadcaster.
La UM 4 est equipadas con c maras Grass Valley (20 4K LDX86N y 8 LDX82 WorldCam, todas con funcionalidad HDR) que pueden ser operadas simult neamente, Dolby E, 12 estaciones de repetici n y seis posiciones de Producer. Con dos salas dedicadas de control de audio y video, todas las fuentes pueden ser manejadas de forma separada para suministrar cualquier tipo de producci n, se al como host broadcaster o integraci n nacional de se ales.
Ivan Pintabona, director t cnico de NVP, admite que una de las razones por las que escogimos a Lawo es su gran fiabilidad. Pero, sobre todo, la m s decisiva fue la funcionalidad de Lawo y su capacidad para encontrar soluciones concretas a los problemas operativos que tenemos en una unidad m vil de esta categor a todos los d as .
Potencia y versatilidad
Pintgabona a ade que los resultados son muy obvios. Si una unidad m vil tiene una infraestructura coherente y abierta, como es el caso de la UM 4, las soluciones de Lawo proporcionan una potencia y versatilidad extremas, abriendo la infraestructura a cualquier interacci n haciendo simples las operaciones complejas y estableciendo interconexiones que soporten f cilmente complejas capacidades de producci n remota. VSM funciona perfectamente junto con otros productos de la misma gama. Estoy muy satisfecho con la elecci n, y estoy desarrollando nuevas soluciones y funcionalidades usando productos de Lawo diariamente .
Las dos consolas de audio Lawo mc 56 de OB 4 est n conectadas a un enrutador Nova y a interfaces Dallis. Como equipamiento glue , la empresa de producci n se basa en los procesadores V__pro8 actualizados de Lawo, permitiendo la conexi n de diferentes formatos de v deo, as como la conexi n de audio y video. La conversi n de formato de alta calidad, la correcci n de color y el embebido y desembebido de audio hacen que el V__pro 8 sea un procesador de video compacto y potente, uniendo diferentes mundos y formatos de transmisi n.
Debido a su uso en producciones 4K UHD HDR, HD 1080P HDR y HD 1080i SDR multiformato, la compa a necesitaba un sistema de control potente por lo que optaron por VSM ya que controla todo el equipo pertinente unidad, incluyendo el Labeling y Tally. Por ltimo, destacar que dado que el sistema se ejecuta en un backbone IP, la nueva unidad de NVP se ha dise ado a prueba de futuro para trabajar ma ana en un entorno IP.
