METLIFE DECLARES SECOND QUARTER 05 PREFERRED STOCK DIVIDENDS

NEW YORK, May 15, 2015 - MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that it has declared second quarter 2015 dividends of $0.2555555 per share on the company's floating rate non-cumulative preferred stock, Series A (NYSE: METPrA), and $0.4062500 per share on the company's 6.50% non-cumulative preferred stock, Series B (NYSE: METPrB). Both dividends are payable June 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2015.
