At the center of Ventuz X lies a new motion graphics and data presentation toolkit specifically designed for the graphical display of mass data. With Ventuz X, the real-time graphics software developer Ventuz Technology shows their most comprehensive approach to the presentation of data-driven graphics in broadcast and live events yet. This and the many other new features will be the main focus of the company's booth at NAB 2018 in Las Vegas.

The new motion graphics and data viz toolkit in Ventuz X functions as an effect suite for the high-end presentation of mass data sources. At NAB, this feature will show its potential for sports, entertainment, and news broadcasts as well as for election studios, where ever growing, constantly changing data needs to be quickly translated into compelling and easily understandable graphics. Additionally, these graphics can now be easily animated. The Ventuz development team has also made significant improvements to the asset import functionalities. While the import of 2D assets and 3D models from 3rd party tools, especially Cinema 4D, has been an essential feature in Ventuz for many years, Ventuz X allows the user to also bring in keyframe animations as well as camera information. This will allow networks to significantly improve their graphics pipeline where it includes pre-rendered content, such as in title graphics, channel branding, and on-air overlays.

Naturally, a new release brings with it performance boosts on many levels. A comprehensive pipeline upgrade promises enhanced real-time rendering, and a switch to HLSL5 will allow the creation of more realistic and complex shaders in Ventuz designs.

With a new release of such magnitude on their hands, Ventuz Technology will use their space at NAB 2018 to showcase the extensive possibilities of Ventuz X at several demo stations. Workflow applications for broadcast graphics and augmented reality will be on display at the booth as well, kindly supported by a number of partners, among them Molden Media, Lucid, NCAM, MAINGEAR, and AMD.
