Executives from the newly formed Riptide Music group will appear in force during SXSW 2014 in Austin, TX. The company's Dan Silver, VP of Creative/Senior Music Producer, Adam Wolf, VP of Synchronization, and Brandon Boucher, Creative Manager, will be in attendance during the conference. Riptide Music Group is a sync-flavored global publishing administration powerhouse with services that include the worldwide synchron-ization of music for advertising, movie trailers, television, film and videogames. The company also provides services for the international collection of publishing royalties.
Riptide will be in attendance to support its artists performing at SXSW, including Dirty Vegas, OK Sweetheart, Jarell Perry, Morning Parade, Finish Ticket, TOPS, and Sean Nicholas Savage. Finish Ticket has recently signed to Atlantic Records; Morning Parade is currently on tour with Biffy Clyro, and Dirty Vegas has a brand new EP coming out on March 18th on Rostrum Records.
Additionally, Riptide executives will also be scouting for potential administration and co-publishing signings during their time at SXSW.
In addition to his responsibilities at Riptide, Dan Silver is also a co-founder of the Quantum Collective, an innovative music marketing collective that brings musicians, artists, celebrities and consumer brands together through original programs and live events. Quantum and Silver will present the annual Southwest Invasion music event, which will take place during the SXSW conference, March 14 &15, at the Whole Foods Flagship Rooftop Plaza in Austin.

What lessons can the music industry take away from some of the bigger companies who engage their customers so well they become loyalists?
