G tersloh - The Broadband Communications Association (BREKO) is the leading fiber optics association and represents the majority of German fixed-network providers. Arvato Systems joins the association with the aim of providing infrastructure owners and end-customer contract partners with tailored IT solutions to support the digitization of customer processes.

The Microsoft technologies used provide a level of transparency across the process levels that was previously unknown in the telecommunications market, right through to improvements in productivity and customer orientation supported by Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The separation of market roles into providers and demanders (layer 2 bitstream interface) requires individual interfaces with the data model parameters matching the other side in each case. This is an important prerequisite for the practical implementation of Open Access.
