Blue Collar Post Collective West Post Talks Free Event and Live Stream: The VFX Pipeline in TV, Film and Beyond

On Saturday May 13 in Hollywood, and with a free worldwide livestream, the latest in the Blue Collar Post Collectives Post Talks series will take a closer look at the VFX pipeline from offline to artists to online and delivery. Well talk about the collaboration between editorial and VFX houses on scripted content, promos and commercials, the importance of communication across departments, the different roles involved in this pipeline, and how to find jobs and succeed in them! This will be a great discussion for anyone in offline, online or VFX to understand how visual effects happen and discover jobs on both ends of the pipe they may not have known about before.

This panel is scheduled to be live streamed in partnership with The SIM Group, so no matter where you are in the world you can watch and learn too. Well also be taking questions from the livestream and Twitter. Bookmark the livestream here!

Seating will be limited for this event. If youre local, we strongly encourage you attend in person to get the benefit of meeting and talking to panelists one on one. If youre not, live stream it is.

This event is free but if you are able, consider a donation to the BCPC Professional Development Accessibility Program. Money raised will help us enable low-income post production professionals to have equal access to conferences, trade-shows and other major events.

There is lots of street parking available. Enter the building at the corner of Las Palmas and Santa Monica.
