La s per serie Los D as Eran As es un lanzamiento m s que Globo anuncia en el NATPE 2018. Ambientada en R o de Janeiro entre las d cadas de 1970 y 1980, el argumento cuenta la historia de Alice (Sophie Charlotte, La Fiesta) y Renato (Renato G es, Relaciones Peligrosas). Los dos se conocen en medio de los conflictos que Brasil enfrenta con la represi n pol tica del r gimen militar y comienzan una historia de amor que pasar por d cadas y se cruzar con acontecimientos hist ricos importantes del pa s. La s per serie ser uno de los productos destacados del cat logo de licencias que Globo presentar en el evento, que tambi n incluye telenovelas como Querer Sin L mites' y series como Bajo Presi n y Carceleros.
Exhibida en Brasil en el late prime time de Globo, en el horario de las 23:00 h, Los D as Eran As tiene un argumento que emocion al p blico, con una llegada diaria promedio a 28,7 millones de personas. Este fue el promedio de alcance diario m s grande registrado por Globo en la franja horaria de las 23:00 h desde 2012, cuando se transmiti la telenovela Gabriela, con Juliana Paes en el papel protag nico. En Los D as Eran As , en una poca de represi n, dictadura y violencia en Brasil, se cruzan las vidas de Alice y del m dico Renato. Lo principal es el romance, el amor entre dos j venes que se separan debido a la intolerancia familiar y a la situaci n del pa s. El romance est siempre en primer plano, pero los personajes est n inmersos en un contexto hist rico importante y luchan, cada uno a su manera, por sus ideales, afirma Angela Chaves, que comparte la autor a de la obra con Alessandra Poggi.
Para construir la intensa atm sfera de la poca, Los D as Eran As cont con un trabajo de arte y escenograf a que nos remite al R o de Janeiro de las d cadas del 70 y 80, tanto en las escenas grabadas en exteriores como en los escenarios construidos en los Estudios Globo. Adem s, tiene escenas grabadas en Chilo , el archipi lago al sur de Chile, con paisajes cinematogr ficas y la encantadora cultura local, con gran impacto en la narraci n. En la narraci n, es all que Renato termina refugi ndose cuando debe escapar de Brasil luego de ser v ctima de una emboscada de su rival Vitor (Daniel de Oliveira, Passione), que alimenta una pasi n enfermiza por Alice.
Los D as Eran As tambi n cuenta con un elenco que tuvo una intensa preparaci n para dar vida a sus personajes. Entre los actores se destacan Mar a Casadevall y Susana Vieira (ambas de Rastros de Mentiras*), Antonio Calloni (Justicia y El Clon*), C ssia Kiss (La Fiesta*), entre otros.
