Average data installed on Movistar two systems MOG F1000 as gateway MultiFormat La filial de Telef nica Espa a pone en marcha dos sistemas MOG F1000 para usarlos como pasarela de su sistema de archivo a los entornos de producci n de Avid, moviendo entre entornos tanto media como metadata.

Las necesidades del mercado audiovisual evolucionan al mismo ritmo que la evoluci n tecnol gica. El multiformato tanto en contenidos como en soporte, es una de estas necesidades audiovisuales. Por ello, es crucial disponer de las herramientas ideales para poder desarrollar las operaciones con calidad, seguridad y de una forma gil e inmediata.

Movistar , uno de los players audiovisuales m s grandes en Espa a que ofrece servicios que ofrecen van desde distribuci n, plataforma y creaci n de contenidos audiovisuales, ha dado un nuevo paso para dar respuesta al incremento en los formatos profesionales que aparecen en el mercado. Una necesidad de adaptaci n que no esta nicamente basada en una compatibilidad en reproducci n sino tambi n en transcodificaci n y transformaci n otros formatos normalizado para su uso en sistemas colaborativos como es Avid Isis o Nexis. La filial de Telef nica ha encargado a Media data la puesta en marcha de una soluci n basada en la tecnolog a de MOG Technologies que da respuesta a estas nuevas necesidades.

David Mart nez , COO de Datos Media Technologies, asegura que hemos cre do conveniente contar con los productos de MOG Technologies para dicha integraci n por su versatilidad y facilidad de integraci n con otros entornos incluso mediante API, cosa requerida para este proyecto. MOG ha demostrado ser una compa a que sabe adaptar sus productos a las nuevas necesidades del mercado, nuevos formatos de ficheros y flujos de trabajo, un ejemplo es la adaptaci n del sistema para aceptar los nuevos tipos de camcorders y grabadores tanto broadcast como profesionales .

Para satisfacer esta necesidad de Movistar dentro de su sistema de archivo, Datos ha optado por la instalaci n de dos sistemas MOG F1000 para usarlos como pasarela de su sistema de archivo a los entornos de producci n de Avid, moviendo entre entornos tanto media como metadata. F1000 es un sistema de ingesta de material multiformato que permite la transferencia entre camcorders, servidores, editores y gestores de media incluso manteniendo la metadata de origen. Posee herramientas como rewrap, trim y merge que permiten la selecci n y pre-edici n de los materiales desde una interfaz muy gil e intuitiva, de forma automatizada o bien bajo control externo mediante WebServices
