We talked, we brainstormed and we shared the love.
ICG took part in the second International Womens Day Festival at Blackpool Sixth Form College.
Last Saturday more than 200 girls from local primary and secondary schools attended the event - and ICG was among leading businesses and organisations invited to inspire, educate and encourage girls about their futures.
Senior account managers, Amy Young and Julie Hackett delivered four marketing workshops to pupils from Lytham St Annes High School, Fleetwood High School, Baines School and St Marys Catholic Academy.
We talked about everything from the Kardashians to KFC and revealed the many marketing job roles and opportunities in the North West.
And - we got the girls thinking too. We tasked them with coming up with a marketing campaign that would excite their fellow pupils about school dinners! Gordon Ramsey seemed the odds-on favourite to give a cooking demo!
