Vuyolwethu Simanile ate 121g of chicken feet in two minutes.

Here are some weird World Records held by South Africans.

Guinness record for the most full body revolutions (in one minute) Zama Mofokeng achieved the Guinness record for the most full body revolutions in a backbend position in one minute.

Similar to the hip-hop move the headspin, the Tembisa-born gymnast achieved the Guinness record in Germiston back in August 2022.

Guinness record for the most chicken feet (in one minute) Vuyolwethu Simanile ate 121g of chicken feet in exactly a minute. setting the record for the first time.

She performed the feat as part of the Stumbo Record Breakers show, with every person given 300g at the start of the timer.

Guinness record for the most cups of tea (in an hour) Ingar Valentyn achieved the record for the most cups tea made in one hour.

She made 249 cups of rooibos tea in total: that's about four per minute!

Guinness record for the largest display of origami butterflies Juanne-Pierre De Abreau achieved the Guinness record for the largest origami paper-craft butterfly display in 2019.

His display contained a total of 29, 416 paper butterflies, and was temporarily set up in Cape Town for the occasion.
