Everyone's favourite celebrity couple, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck aka Bennifer , is making headlines again. But, this time it's not for being hopelessly in love.

It seems Sadfleck is back as Tweeps slams the Affleck for his bored and sad face at the Grammy Awards.

SADFLECK' AT THE 2023 GRAMMY AWARDS While it appeared that songstress and Shotgun Wedding star Jennifer Lopez was having a blast, her actor hubby, Ben Affleck, was noticeably not as thrilled. The couple attended the 65th Annual Grammy Awards held at the Crypto.com Arena, in Los Angeles on Sunday 5 February.

The cameras filming the event focused on the couple throughout the night and Tweeps were quick to pounce on the actor's bored and sometimes even sad, expressions.

A source exclusively told In Touch Weekly that the actor looked anxious and bored because he was purely there as Lopez's date.
Ben was on his best behaviour as Jen's date. It that's the only reason he was there, the insider revealed. But it was obvious that he didn't feel comfortable because all eyes were on him.

Affleck and his somber face quickly set Twitter on fire and started trending.

And it seems not even the music could put a smile on his face.
During the epic Back to Motown medley, Lopez can be seen enjoying herself and dancing along while the Argo actor stood stone-faced next to her.

Although it was the Oscar winner's first time at the Grammy Awards, rubbing shoulders with the music industry's best didn't seem to his thing.
In Touch Weekly reports that he did not appear to be talking to anyone else at his table. He merely sat next to his wife who presented an award at the ceremony.

During one of his skits, South African-born host Trevor Noah sat down next to the couple at their table to supposedly talk to his mother. When she realise the camera is on them, Lopez can be seen giving Affleck a nudge, whereafter the actor slaps a smile on his face.
Tweeps cracked up, one user even setting the video to the Simon and Garfunkel hit The Sound of Silence.

It's not the first time the actor has been roasted for his sad face.
In 2016, while promoting Batman Versus Superman: Dawn of Justice, fans first picked up on his disinterested facial expression during a promotional interview. The Simon and Garfunkel song was used in the social media meme at the time.

AFFLECK LETS WIFE TAKE THE SHINE Although the couple didn't walk the red carpet, Lopez presented the first award of the evening.
With her work done early, it seems the singer and actress wanted to stay and enjoy the evening. Hubby Affleck obliged.
Affleck seems to rather stay out of the limelight and let his wife take all the shine. During the premiere of her recent movie, Shotgun Wedding, Affleck stayed in the wings and later joined her inside, In Touch Weekly reports.
Ben and Jen tied the knot in July 2022, 19 years after they originally planned to marry.
