With the ability to replace flat backgrounds with hard-to-shoot aerials, distant locations, the wonders of space, or entirely made-up fantasy worlds, it's easy to see the imaginative yet still budget-conscious appeal of green screen backgrounds. Yet, for those who have never worked with green screens or learned how to chroma key, the entire process can seem like strange voodoo magic-which is why we've rounded up the best tutorials around the web for working with green screens and editing with chroma keys.

Simple Step-by-Step Editing in Adobe Premiere
Quickly and easily edit your green screen videos in Adobe Premiere with either the chroma key or ultra key function. Which one you use will depend entirely on which version of Adobe Creative Suite you're working with. If you have CS4 (or even earlier), then you'll be working with chroma keying. However, if you have CS5 or later, including Adobe Creative Cloud, then you'll want to use ultra keying.
