UK roadshow: Lightware demos AV-over-IP...

Lightware is turning its attention on the UK where it will stage a series of events to show its products to installers, integrators and end users.

Each event will feature discussions, trend insights and presentations on technologies such as AV over IP.

Lightware also aims to dispel myths and bring clarity to the confusion surrounding HDR and HDCP 2.2. The company says it will show Lightware's seamless integration with Cisco's Touch 10 platform.

The manufacturer will stage live demonstrations of its new products, including the VINX a 1Gbps AV over IP solution and the UBEX platform that offers uncompressed, low latency, high bandwidth AV over IP.

Demonstrations will also be given on the MX2-24x24-HDMI20 that marks the introduction of the new series of MX2 matrixes that will be shipping soon along with the MMX8x4-HT420M, the deluxe version of Lightware's new 8x4 matrixes that are powerful.

The events start in Edinburgh on October 29 at the Novotel Edinburgh Centre, followed by events at Birmingham's Maple House on October 31 and The Hatton in London on November 2.

Felix Knight, managing director of Lightware UK, said: We're hoping to roll out more showcase dates soon as interest in these events has already been very positive.
