Conrad Albert leaves ProSiebenSat.1

Unterf hring, March 13, 2020. Conrad Albert, Deputy CEO of ProSiebenSat.1, will resign from his office with mutual consent as of the end of April 30, 2020 after 15 years at ProSiebenSat.1 and will leave the company as of such date.

Albert has worked at ProSiebenSat.1 since 2005, since 2006 as General Counsel. Nine years ago, he was appointed member of the Executive Board. His responsibilities included the group-wide distribution business, the establishment of partnerships, strategic and sustainability projects as well as all legal, media political and compliance matters. Since November 2017 he has also been Deputy CEO of the company.

Dr. Werner Brandt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE: The Supervisory Board thanks Conrad Albert for his long-term and special accomplishments. During this time, Conrad Albert has shaped the company in many areas on national and international level, stimulated important discussions with his media political initiatives and set standards for the industry. We wish him all the best for the future.
