A longtime photographer before becoming a filmmaker, Oleksandr Smaglov is an artist driven to capture more from life and every moment a passion that ultimately inspired his jump from photo to film: I chase the sun. And life is my style, real and beautiful.

To Smaglov, beauty is found in everyday routines and the uniqueness of life. This philosophy informs the careful framing and attention to creative detail in each of his shots: Filmmaking pushes you to the limits of perfection. It's not just a moment frozen in time', it's a whole story. You should catch the light more carefully or find the most superb location to shoot as you realize your vision. You can change a lot in a post production, but the most importants things you can't so aim for perfection.

Yet beneath his quest for the perfect shot, Smaglov has a deep passion for the serendipity of life. I find my inspiration in people, in small talks and simple things those are the reflections of real life, he says. I do watch movies, commercials and musical clips, but that only polishes your professional vision of a picture. Inspiration comes from a moment: beautiful light in a coffee shop, childrens' laugh in a park or a tasty homemade meal that's what sparks an idea.

Rados aw Frankowski A self-taught filmmaker and photographer, Rados aw Frankowski is the artist behind Motion PL footage. With roots in the advertising industry, Frankowski entered into the world of stock first through photography: I noticed that my agency was buying photos for our projects on stock photo sites, so I thought I could earn some money selling my photos online but after a closer look, I decided to shoot video instead. The market is better for video.

Inspired by modern culture especially contemporary film and television Frankowski keeps an eye out for beauty, preferring to shoot either lifestyle footage or different far-off places that he's visited.

A talented artist and a savvy businessman, Frankowski still admits that sometimes the best shots happen by chance. Sometimes it's just luck, he notes. You press the record button at the right time to capture something truly great.
