In this discussion from SVG's Sports Graphics Forum this month, four leading women in sports graphics discuss their career trajectories and goals, their creative and technical challenges, and their ideas for how the sports-graphics industry can further diversify its ranks.

This conversation includes CBS Sports Art Director Komal Bhukhanwala, ESPN Senior Creative Director Carol Boyle, HBO Sports Associate Creative Director Camille Maratchi, and Big Studios owner/Director Jocelyne Meinert. The talk is moderated by SVG Senior Editor/Director, SVGW Karen Hogan Ketchum.
