Rozzyn Boy is appointed Chief Communications Officer Amsterdam (February 9, 2015) - VimpelCom Ltd. ( VimpelCom , Company or Group ) (NASDAQ: VIP), a leading global provider of telecommunications services in 14 countries and headquartered in Amsterdam, announces that Rozzyn Boy will be joining the Company on February 12, 2015 as Chief Communications Officer and as a member of the Group's Management Board.

Rozzyn Boy was previously Head of Global Corporate Communications and Brand for Tata Communications Ltd, where she was responsible for all external and internal communications as well as its global Brand positioning. Prior to joining Tata, she held roles in consultancy for Hill & Knowlton (UK Technology Practice Head), Firefly Communications (Associate Director) and Text 100, in the UK and South Africa, and was the Communications Lead for Motorola Sub-Saharan Africa.
