Active Archive Alliance to Participate in Upcoming Storage Industry Trade Shows 03 Apr 2013

The Active Archive Alliance announced today that it will be participating in several industry shows in the coming months including SNW, NAB, IEEE Conference on Massive Data Storage, and Creative Storage Conference. The Active Archive Alliance will showcase the benefits and value of active archives in managing high capacity, long term storage environments for cloud, higher education, broadcast, big data, high performance computing (HPC), and general IT at these shows.

Here's a look at where you can find the Active Archive Alliance this spring:

SNW Spring 2013, April 2-4, 2013 in Orlando, FL. Members of the Alliance Spectra Logic and Cleversafe will be exhibiting in Booth 409 at the show. In addition, Molly Rector of Spectra Logic will moderate a panel discussion titled: Best Practices in the Management of Unstructured Data, on April 4th at 4:00 p.m. EDT. Panelists will include executives from Crossroads, Cleversafe, and FileTek.

NAB Show, April 6 11, 2013 in Las Vegas, NV. Members of the Alliance will participate in a panel discussion titled: Emerging Technologies and Best Practices to Enable Simplified, Cost Effective Storage of Mass Quantities of Long Term Retention Content, on Tuesday, April 9th at 1:00 p.m. PDT. Panelists will include two broadcast end users in addition to executives from Crossroads, Fujifilm, HP, Quantum, SGI and Spectra Logic and will be moderated by Senior Analyst, Mark Peters of ESG. In addition, members of the Alliance -- Crossroads, Fujifilm, Spectra Logic, QStar and Quantum -- will be showcasing active archive solutions in Booth SL15217.

29th IEEE Conference on Massive Data Storage, May 6 10, 2013 in Long Beach, CA. Alliance members Cleversafe, Fujifilm and Spectra Logic will be exhibiting during the full week that is dedicated to computer storage technology.

Creative Storage Conference,June 25, 2013 in Culver City, CA. Alliance members Cleversafe, Crossroads, FileTek, Fujifilm, HP, Quantum, QStar, and Spectra Logic will be exhibiting at this show, demonstrating active archive solutions and informing end users on the many ways to build an active archive environment.
