Spectrum Competition Takes Center Stage
On Wednesday, October 23, the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Project Agency's (DARPA) Spectrum Collaboration Challenge (SC2) Championship Event will take place on the keynote stage. The finale taking place at MWC Los Angeles is the culmination of a three-year competition in which 10 teams will compete head-to-head for nearly $4 million in prizes. The SC2 drove global teams to merge recent advances in AI with the expanding capacities of software-defined radios (SDR) to create radio networks capable of autonomously navigating the wireless spectrum.
