We are thrilled that Capitol Broadcasting is planting a pinwheel garden to recognize Child Abuse Prevention Month and create awareness of the role we all have in ensuring all children's healthy development and growth, said PCANC VP for External Relations Maureen McKeon. The pinwheel is the symbol of child abuse prevention representing the bright, successful future all children deserve, and they really do get attention when they are spinning and shining in the sun. They are going to look awesome on Western Blvd.
