04-02-2013 SGL Group: Board of Management and Senior Management buy SGL shares worth 3.6 million Wiesbaden, April 2, 2013. In the past few days, the Board of Management and Senior Management of SGL Group - The Carbon Company acquired at the relevant current market price a total of 115,569 shares of the company worth 3.6 million.

All members of the Board of Management together bought a total of 43,988 shares worth 1.36 million while Senior Management bought 71,581 shares worth 2.2 million with their own funds. SGL Group's Board of Management and the Senior Management consists of approximately 200 people.

The purpose of the multiyear equity-based incentive programs is to encourage the Top Management to contribute to the sustainable development of the company and promote its long-term success. Within the Matching Share Plan, SGL Group offers it's Management the option of having parts of their annual bonus invested in company shares or paid out in cash.
