Mobile TV Group is expanding its leadership team with three significant announcements: VP of Systems Integration Terry Breay will be retiring after 23 years with the company, Ryan Pharo has been promoted to Director of Construction, and Warren Hough has joined the team as Director of Systems Integration.

Honoring a 23-Year Legacy in Systems Integration

When Terry Breay joined MTVG 23 years ago, the company was a different organization in a different era of the industry. Over the decades that followed, he helped shape MTVG into something few competitors can claim: a company that doesn't just operate mobile units, but designs, engineers, and builds them from the ground up with a level of craftsmanship that has become their calling card.

As VP of Systems Integration, Breay was at the center of some of the most complex and consequential technical work MTVG has ever done. His fingerprints are on workflows, facilities, and mobile units across the country, and on a team of engineers and integrators who learned from him what it means to do this work at the highest level.

Welcoming World-Class Systems Expertise for Mobile TV Group

Filling a role like Breay's requires someone who has operated at the highest levels of the industry. MTVG found that in Warren Hough, who joins from LTN as the new Director of Systems Integration and will be relocating to Denver to join the team.

At LTN, Hough led the design and build of mobile units and innovative facilities and workflows for top-tier leagues and networks. He arrives at a pivotal moment as the Mountain Media Center opens new possibilities for how the company serves clients and how they think about integrating on-site and centralized production.

Warren shared what drew him to MTVG, highlighting the unmatched craftsmanship of its mobile units and the MTVG platform as an exciting time in the evolving media industry:

Elevating Homegrown Talent: Ryan Pharo Promoted to Director of Construction

If Hogugh represents what MTVG is bringing in from the outside, Ryan Pharo represents something equally important: what the compan yhas been building from within.

Pharo joined MTVG 12 years ago as a project superintendent, bringing with him nearly 30 years of construction experience that spans commercial construction, project management, field operations, and business ownership. Before MTVG, he worked as a foreman in commercial construction and ran his own residential remodeling company - a background that gave him a hands-on, practical lens for problem-solving that has served the team well at every turn.

Over 12 years, Pharo has been consistently recognized for improving operational efficiency, elevating craftsmanship and safety standards, and building strong collaboration across project teams. Anyone who has watched a mobile unit come together at MTVG has seen his work and his influence in the final product.
