TVE and Proamagna break in relations to the issue account of At your home or mine RTVE resuelve el contrato suscrito con la productora Proamagna para la producci n del programa presentado por Bert n Osborne y se reserva el derecho de exigir una indemnizaci n por da os y perjuicios.
Confirmado: Bert n Osborne sale de Televisi n Espa ola. Este jueves, la productora Proamagna deb a haber entregado a TVE la entrega del ltimo programa de At your home or mine previsto para su emisi n la pr xima semana ya que el contrato establece que se debe entregar el material correspondiente a cada programa con tiempo suficiente y al menos 7 d as antes de la fecha prevista de emisi n .
Constat ndose que, a fecha de hoy, Proamagna no ha entregado a RTVE el material correspondiente a la emisi n del programa previsto para el pr ximo mi rcoles 23 de marzo, la Corporaci n ha acordado resolver el contrato suscrito con la productora con efectos desde el d a de hoy.
RTVE ha advertido a Proamagna su voluntad de reservarse el derecho a exigir la oportuna indemnizaci n por los da os y perjuicios causados por el mencionado incumplimiento. Todo ello, en aplicaci n de lo previsto en el art culo 1.124 del C digo Civil, con arreglo al cual la facultad de resolver las obligaciones se entiende impl cita en las rec procas, para el caso de que uno de los obligados no cumpliere lo que le incumbe . En este supuesto, contin a este art culo, El perjudicado podr escoger entre exigir el cumplimiento o la resoluci n de la obligaci n, con el resarcimiento de da os y abono de intereses en ambos casos .
La direcci n de TVE ya ha anunciado asimismo que La1 no emitir las habituales reemisiones de fin de semana.

El pasado 25 de febrero 2016, el Consejo de Administraci n de TVE acord que, debido a la incertidumbre pol tica, hasta el nombramiento del nuevo Gobierno, los contratos pendientes de renovaci n se limitar an a la m nima expresi n. En el caso de In your House or mine, el Consejo acord la renovaci n por un mes y no cuatro, como en principio estaba previsto. Posteriormente, TVE comunic a la productora la pr rroga del espacio hasta el pr ximo mes de julio.
Sin embargo, la productora de Pablo Carrasco ya estaba en negociaciones con Mediaset Espa a alcanzando un preacuerdo que duplicaba el presupuesto de las entregas emitidas en TVE pasando de 121.390 euros a una cifra que rondar a los 225.000 euros y que TVE no estaba dispuesta a igualar ejerciendo su derecho de tanteo.
