Digital Financial Journey: Making the most of the opportunities brought by finance sector digitalization

Digital Financial Journey is the slogan under which the Arvato Systems 9th CFO Information day will be held in Bielefeld on September 7.

Delegates will benefit from real life use cases showing partcipants how they can best implement the digitalization potential of modern technologies in the finance sector.

(Arvato Systems) G tersloh - For the ninth time, Arvato Systems hosts its information day for experts in IT and finance. Under the banner of Digital Financial Journey , the event this year focuses on Digital Transformation. With corporate and consultancy practice speakers, Arvato Systems presents their Strategy Enabling' approach - a consultancy format designed around the opportunities arising from digitalization in the finance sector.

Strategy Enabling - IT and Business synchronization

The challenges that the future holds for companies will only be manageable by the use of precisely the right technological support. IT and finance departments need to partner with their executive board to contribute to raising the value of the company. Faced with the sheer speed of change in the business environment, companies need to respond quickly. Coordinated activities - i.e. a roadmap - have to be created so that the demands of the different divisions, IT, and the company as a whole can be synchronized. Without this, companies run the risk of falling behind their digital' competitors. In a Strategy Enabling Project, modern tools such as Design Thinking, agile project management and change management are brought into use by the management team ensuring corporate transformation for the future.

Practical recommendations for the implementation of a digital business strategy are given by users and experts.
