DIRECTV Tops DISH and AT&T U-Verse, Continues 13-Year Winning Streak Over Cable in 2013 American Customer Satisfaction Index #1 in Picture Quality, HD, Range of Channels, Easy to Use Menu and Website Satisfaction Among Others

EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- For the 13th straight year, DIRECTV continued to outpace all cable competitors in customer satisfaction, according to the most recent survey by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). In addition, DIRECTV surpassed both DISH Network and AT&T U-Verse in this years survey, ranking #1 in seven individual survey measures.

DIRECTV posted one of the largest increases over last year among its competitors, receiving an ACSI score of 72, reflecting customers overall satisfaction with the service. Based on the study results, DIRECTV ranked #1 in perceived quality, picture quality, HD picture quality, channel range, premium channels availability, easy to use menu and Website satisfaction.
