The HP Officejet 8040 withNeate-All-in-One provides all the features of an HPe-All-in-Oneprinter with the added functionality of Neat softwareto digitize,organize, store and access files from virtuallyanywhere, on mostmobile devices.(1)

Combined with Neatsoftware,the HP Officejet 8040 lets customers easily capture andorganizereceipts, business cards and other documents and unlockthe criticalinformation in those files. Files are safeguarded anddata iskeyword searchable and can be easily exported toapplications suchas Excel, Quicken and TurboTax. In addition tohelping customersstay productive and keep documents secure, the HPOfficejet 8040 iseligible for HP InstantInk, HP's inkreplacement service that saves customers up to 50percent onOriginal HP ink(2) and saves them valuabletime bydelivering the ink to their door before they need it.
