An extensive certification process evaluated diverse categories related to HR management, ranging from onboarding and talent strategy to training and development.

All participating companies must go through a strict review process to be eligible for certification. The extent to which the companies meet the high standards stipulated by the Top Employers Institute is determined as part of an independent audit.
