Video Blocks Focuses on 4K Footage 4k footage was a big theme at NAB. We were thrilled to be in an arena where we were surrounded by the industry's best 4k technology. After talking to many of our customers, we realized there is a great need for 4k footage, so we're making it a top priority this year! As a result, we purchased our very own Scarlet X! We'll be using it to bring you a whole new library of amazing 4K content. Not familiar with the camera? Here's some info on what this powerful little machine can do.

The Scarlet-X The Scarlet-X is part of the Red Digital Cinema line of professional cameras. It can shoot 4k videos and 5k still photos. It can shoot 4k REDCODE raw at 30 frames per second. It has 18 stops of dynamic range, broadening lighting exposure. It can use Leica, Canon and Nikon lenses, making it a versatile camera with lots of range. Still want more info? Here are the specs:
