Le FAG SmartCheck en route pour Industrie 4.0
En devenant partenaire de Mitsubishi Electric Europe au sein de la e-F@ctory Alliance, Schaeffler fait un grand pas vers la quatri me r volution industrielle baptis e Industrie 4.0. Dans ce contexte, le r le principal revient au FAG SmartCheck. En effet, depuis son introduction sur le march en 2011, ce capteur de vibration compact a fait ses preuves et n'a cess d' tre perfectionn . Entre temps, le FAG SmartCheck compte parmi les rares solutions disponibles sur le march convenant la fois pour la surveillance individuelle de petits appareils redondants que pour les concepts int gr s comme par exemple la surveillance 360 . Avec la e-F@ctory Alliance de Mitsubishi Electric Europe, Schaeffler a trouv un partenaire qui, d'une part, lui permet d'acc der aux commandes d'automatisation et aux syst mes de contr le des processus industriels et d'autre part poursuit les m mes objectifs que lui en faveur du client, savoir r duire les co ts globaux de la production et de l'entretien et augmenter la productivit . Dans l'e-F@ctory Alliance, Mitsubishi Electric Europe s'associe aux soci t s partenaires reconnues comme leaders technologiques sur leurs march s respectifs. Ensemble, ils offrent leurs clients la meilleure solution compl te possible pour chaque projet d'automatisation.
Surveillance conditionnelle g n rale de machines et installations
L'augmentation des co ts nerg tiques rend n cessaires l'optimisation de la production et des mesures d'entretien reposant sur des informations fiables. En effet, la surveillance tant conditionnelle qu' nerg tique apporte la transparence n cessaire au niveau de la production, puis de la commande, et jusqu'au contr le. La solution commune propos e au client par le partenariat e-F@ctory est une solution globale pr -fabriqu e qui combine la commande lectrique Mitsubishi et le FAG SmartCheck. Cela permet ainsi d' tablir une interconnexion automatis e entre le niveau de la production et celui de la commande. Contrairement aux concepts de surveillance traditionnels qui se limitent souvent la seule mesure des valeurs classiques comme la temp rature, la pression et le nombre d'heures d'exploitation, le FAG SmartCheck fournit en plus des param tres relatifs aux vibrations. En combinaison avec la commande de Mitsubishi, le client dispose d'une solution globale pour appr cier l' tat d'une machine ou d'une installation. Les donn es peuvent tre transmises d'autres terminaux via Ethernet (p.ex. des protocoles Ethernet TCP/IP ou autres services Web) comme par exemple aux commandes d'automatisation d'autres fabricants ou encore aux r cepteurs tels que les syst mes SCADA ou MES bas s sur des banques de donn es. Les sp cialistes de Schaeffler et de Mitsubishi Electric apportent leur expertise lors de la conception du syst me, de la d finition des points de mesure la connexion aux syst mes du client, tels que SAP ou Oracle. Le syst me de surveillance volutif assure une large disponibilit des installations et contribue assurer l'exploitation continue sans perturbation tout en tablissant un lien troit entre l'efficacit globale de l' quipement et l'efficacit nerg tique. En plus, cette solution permet de pr voir les op rations de maintenance. Cela minimise non seulement les co ts du cycle de vie mais contribue aussi r duire la consommation nerg tique gr ce la d tection pr coce de l'usure.
Utilisation r ussie de la solution de surveillance dans une station d' puration
La station d' puration des services techniques municipaux de Rotenburg situ e sur la Fulda est con ue pour une capacit maximale de 34 000 quivalent-habitants (EH) et alimente quelque 20 000 personnes. Au niveau du second bassin de clarification, la station de pompage des boues de recirculation est quip e de trois pompes vis d'Archim de. Dans la m me ann e, chacune des trois pompes vis est tomb e en panne, une panne due un d faut de construction. Le bloc de transmission litt ralement d chiquet cause d'un roulement endommag a d tre enti rement remplac - une op ration co teuse et fastidieuse. Pour r soudre le probl me survenu, un syst me de surveillance conditionnelle a t install sur les trois pompes, compos e d'un contr leur Mitsubishi et de trois FAG SmartCheck. Ces derniers mesurent les vibrations et la temp rature des transmissions. D s lors qu'il d tecte une modification des vibrations, le syst me fournit les informations y aff rentes : ce peut tre les premiers signes d'un ventuel dommage. En cas d'irr gularit s, le contr leur de Mitsubishi int gr dans le proc s du client g n re un message d'erreur concret au niveau du poste de contr le du client permettant ainsi de rem dier au probl me rapidement et de fa on cibl e.
