80 million euros to boost r & d of digital technologies and the information society El Gobierno en funciones abre una convocatoria que combina ayudas en forma de pr stamo y subvenci n. El apoyo a las iniciativas innovadoras se enmarcan dentro de dos subprogramas distintos: el Impulso Tecnol gico y Grandes Proyectos.
El Consejo de Ministros del pasado viernes autoriz al Ministerio de Industria, Energ a y Turismo, a trav s de la Secretar a de Estado de Telecomunicaciones y para la Sociedad de la Informaci n, a convocar en 2016 las ayudas correspondientes a la Acci n Estrat gica de Econom a y Sociedad Digital dentro del Plan de Investigaci n Cient fica y T cnica e Innovaci n 2013-2016 por un importe de 80 millones de euros. El objetivo es impulsar la adopci n de tecnolog as digitales y de desarrollo de la sociedad de la informaci n.
Esta medida se enmarca dentro de la Agenda Digital para Espa a, aprobada en 2013, que incluye entre sus objetivos el fortalecimiento del sector TIC espa ol como fuente de generaci n de riqueza y empleo, as como el impulso de la I D i en la industria y la incorporaci n de las TIC en las PYME.
La convocatoria combina ayudas en forma de pr stamo y subvenci n. En el primer caso, es el solicitante quien determina el importe mientras que para el importe de la subvenci n se evaluar el grado de innovaci n tecnol gica de los proyectos.
Support for two subprogrammes
El apoyo a las iniciativas innovadoras se enmarcan dentro de dos subprogramas distintos:
El subprograma Impulso Tecnol gico, que incentiva la puesta en marcha de proyectos basados en tecnolog as con bajo nivel de madurez y alto potencial de transformaci n del sector TIC y se encuentra dotado de 15 millones de euros de subvenci n y 45 millones de pr stamo.
El subprograma Grandes Proyectos que incentiva la puesta en marcha de grandes proyectos con gran valor tecnol gico y alto potencial de tracci n e impacto socioecon mico y se encuentra dotado de 5 millones de euros de subvenci n y 15 millones de euros de pr stamo.
El pago anticipado de la ayuda se producir en dos fases (primero 75% y despu s, 25% restante). Los pr stamos se hacen a tipo de inter s Euribor a un a o, correspondiente al mes anterior a la convocatoria o a la concesi n, con un plazo de 5 a os de amortizaci n y 2 de carencia.
Entre las prioridades tem ticas de la convocatoria se encuentran el tratamiento masivo de datos, internet del futuro, cloud computing, las ciudades inteligentes, la ciberseguridad y confianza digital, las aplicaciones de salud y bienestar social, la evoluci n de la administraci n electr nica, contenidos digitales, entre otras.
