This actively prevents the tiring sensation of being stuck-in-a-barrel - the unpleasant effect that standard ANC headsets can create. Depending on the level of noise reduction needed in changing work environments, adaptive ANC can be adjusted via CapTune, Sennheiser's mobile App, which allows for a customized listening experience.
