Manchester United and AON select Cameraman Gary Doyle as Unsung Hero

(03/09/2014) As the new Premiership season gets underway, all eyes are on which players will make the biggest impact on their club's performance be they established stars or new signings. But while the players are creating magic on the pitch, Manchester United and its sponsor Aon have created some fresh video footage of Unsung Hero' media and entertainment professionals who are also working to secure amazing results for the club.

One of the Unsung Heroes has been named as cameraman Gary Doyle, someone who is integral to operations behind the scenes at the club but doesn't always get the same recognition as the players. The video contains information on the camera Gary uses, interesting moments of his work for Manchester United to date and what his role entails.

The footage was produced by Aon to promote the role of the people like Gary and the importance these unsung heroes place on looking after their kit be it in the practical steps they take or the professional cover they have.

To put in that into context, Ian Rogers, Managing Director, Aon Enterprise, has commented, All manner of professionals are involved in the success of a club of Manchester United's size. These aren't simply the first team players - there are a number of unsung heroes behind the success of an event who require professional confidence to carry out their role effectively, especially at busy and significant events of the year.

At the very heart of this confidence lies self-assurance that suitable cover is in place whatever the eventuality when they are at work. However busy they may be, it's important that they take the time to prepare themselves for all kinds of disasters as far as possible.
