VSN announces new webinar about the most important takeaways of IBC 2019

The broadcast & media industry is always evolving, however one thing remains constant: the consumer is king. In fact, with the proliferation of mobile devices and alternative digital media platforms, the consumer is increasingly in control. At IBC 2019, it was clear how media companies are transforming their business and technology strategies to fit the new move to direct-to-consumer (DTC) models. From VSN, we want to take a moment to recap all the industry trends seen at IBC and to present how we are keeping up with them through our innovations and new product developments.

Some major shifts are now occurring and digital media consumers across generations are increasingly in the driver's seat-and their expectations are at an all-time high. More specifically, at this year's IBC many trends and innovations such as cloud interoperability, IP-based infrastructures, streaming and mobile took centre stage.

It is safe to say that the broadcast world is evolving at high speed and that for broadcast and media industry companies like VSN to survive it is key to align our products with the most groundbreaking trends in the industry. Moreover, it is highly important to be aware at all times of the implications that all these changes may have, which is why, now VSN is reviewing all the highlights of the show for those who did not get the chance to visit IBC or stop by the company's booth.

In this new VSNWebinar we will go through some of the main technological trends that have taken the limelight at this year's edition of the IBC trade show. Afterwards, we will see how from VSN, we are aligning the latest product developments and new features with the current industry trends and the consumer needs. The Webinar will be presented by Toni Vilalta, Product Manager of VSN, along with Agatha Koch and Claudia Mar n Samper of the VSN Marketing Department, who will act as moderators for the Spanish and English editions, respectively.
