At BVE 2017 Garland will showcase LiveU's flagship LU600, the ultimate combination of high-performance and portability for cellular uplinking that was launched at IBC 2016.
With a global installed base of over 2,000 Tier 1 media customers in more than 80 countries, LiveU sets the standard for high-quality and reliable live video acquisition, management and distribution over IP.
The LU600 is the company's new portable transmission unit for global newsgathering and live sports and events coverage. Reaching new levels of excellence, it delivers the highest video quality and bitrate in the market (up to 20Mbps), and is set to offer the fastest file transfer (80Mbps), lowest delay (0.5 sec) and 100Mbps high-speed bonded Internet connection. The new LU600 is field upgradable to H.265 HEVC, continuing LiveU's adoption of the latest encoding standards and providing support for Live & Store' using the same video card.
Tailored to the needs of mobile journalists, the LU600 offers a new streamlined user interface, with an ultra-responsive capacitive touchscreen. The unit comes in a specially designed smart backpack, with improved usability, remote control functionality and easy access to display, controls and interfaces.

LiveU Solo offers the best-in-class plug and play' live streaming bonding solution, bringing LiveU's broadcasting expertise to the online media market.
Designed to stream to social networks and popular CDNs and OVPs, LiveU Solo offers one touch integration with Facebook Live and connects seamlessly to Periscope/Twitter, YouTube Live, Wowza Streaming Cloud and others. Solo can be managed and controlled remotely via a web interface or smartphone.
This small, cost-effective encoder includes full bonding capabilities, based on LiveU's field-proven technology, 10 industry patents, and integral LRT (LiveU Reliable Transport) protocol.
