Peter Andre launches CITV's Share A Story competition giving you the chance to bring your story to life
Share a Story' is back for its 6th year and the competition has never been hotter as Peter Andre joins the team as a Judge for CITV's BAFTA winning scheme.
Share a Story not only gives kids from 5 12 years old the chance to have their story turned in to a short animation and get it shown on the CITV channel! The lucky winners also get to join Peter and spend a day at CITV in MediaCityUK directing the animators and doing their very own voiceover.
Later in the year Peter will join the CITV team, winners and their families and friends for an extra special premiere of all the winning animations speeches will be required!
A huge supporter of Share a Story Peter says: I'm really happy to be involved with the Share a story competition, I think the fact that it's encouraging kids to do something creative is a great idea. I can't wait to read the stories and help work out who's is going to be brought to life by the animation teams at CITV .
Dave Hickman, Head of Promotions for CITV says: CITV's Share a Story is now in its sixth year and continues to inspire young writers and in turn the CITV team. It is one of our highlights of the year when we sit down and read all the entries. We are constantly amazed at the imaginative stories that our young viewers send in year after year.
Their creativity knows no bounds and it becomes truly infectious when the winners arrive at the studio to direct and create their voice over inspiring us not only in creating the winning animations but how we ultimately shape the whole channel - Share a Story puts kids and their art of story telling at the heart of the channel and we feel extremely proud to bring their stories to life.
