Mexico-based Binbit signs agreement with FC Barcelona

Global Mexico-based company Binbit, which specialises in the distribution of mobile content in the world, has signed an agreement with FC Barcelona for the exclusive distribution of information and digital content of the Club through mobile devices. This agreement includes 40 countries in Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe.

Antoni Muntaner (pictured), founder and chairman of Binbit, explained that the deal includes the next three football seasons and was made in the context of Binbit's new strategy, which aims to consolidate alliances with high-value brands. This agreement will help both companies generate extra revenue by distributing high quality content in these countries. We aim to create the largest mobile community of FC Barcelona mobile fans to offer them the best content of the team, Muntaner commented.

Through this agreement, - he added - Binbit has the capacity to distribute mobile content of FC Barcelona. This initiative allows Binbit to reach FC Barcelona's most remote followers, through the global reach of Binbit. The company maintains a network of partnerships with more than 90 telephone carriers worldwide, allowing it to cover the five continents.

The countries included in the exclusive distribution deal, and that will have access to the best content of the team are the following: Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Serbia, Croatia, Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
