Radio Televisi n Espa ola will improve transparency in their bids RTVE aprobar un plan de acci n que permita adoptar las recomendaciones del Tribunal de Cuentas de cara a mejorar la transparencia y concurrencia en sus licitaciones.

El Consejo de Administraci n de Radio Televisi n Espa ola en su reuni n de este mi rcoles, 28 de junio, analiz el reciente informe del Tribunal de Cuentas sobre la contrataci n en la Corporaci n p blica. Dicho informe detecta alguna insuficiencia de car cter formal o procedimental de los expedientes de contrataci n, proponiendo posibles mejoras de gesti n. RTVE aprobar un plan de acci n que permita adoptar las recomendaciones del Tribunal de Cuentas de cara a mejorar la transparencia y concurrencia en sus licitaciones

La Corporaci n gestiona en torno a 500 millones de euros anuales de compras, tanto audiovisuales como de suministros y servicios. El 95% de las compras de servicios, obras y suministros se someten a licitaci n p blica, para las cuales se reciben ofertas con una media de 2,7 licitadores en cada expediente. Durante los ltimos a os, RTVE ha realizado un gran esfuerzo en la reducci n de gastos indirectos que ha supuesto la disminuci n de unos 90 millones de euros anuales en este cap tulo.

Primera serie transmedia interactiva

En la reuni n del Consejo tambi n se ha dado luz verde a un contrato para la producci n, en colaboraci n con Atomis Media, de Monte Alto, la primera serie transmedia interactiva que se produzca en Espa a. Se trata de un producto audiovisual que supone un salto adelante sin precedentes para RTVE: por un lado, rompe la barrera entre dispositivos y el contenido puede consumirse en cualquier pantalla de forma distinta; por otro, la ficci n se mete en la vida de los espectadores, que no son solo usuarios pasivos del mismo sino que participan en su desenlace.

Todo ello dirigido a un p blico joven adulto y con el respaldo del equipo de guionistas y transmedia de la serie m s premiada en los ltimos a os, The Ministry of time. El primer cap tulo se estrenar simult neamente en un canal de TVE y en RTVE Digital (web, m viles, tabletas, Bot n rojo ) para continuar con episodios solamente en entorno digital y finalizar con una tvmovie que recoger el desenlace tanto en TVE como en RTVE Digital.

El Consejo de Administraci n tambi n ha confirmado la producci n, en colaboraci n con Programas y Televisi n, de H roes, (t tulo provisional), proyecto que trata la superaci n de las v ctimas. Cada cap tulo ser un viaje de regreso que hace un superviviente de una cat strofe al lugar donde volvi a nacer'. Entre otras, recordaremos la historia de la familia espa ola que sobrevivi al tsunami de Tailandia de 2004 o el grupo de estudiantes espa oles que vivi el terremoto de L Aquila (Italia).

Adem s, se ha dado luz verde a nuevos cap tulos de los programas Towers in the kitchen and Seguridad Vital.

El Consejo de Administraci n ha autorizado un contrato con NBC Universal para adquirir los derechos de emisi n de diferentes t tulos y librer a y otro con Inopia Films para comprar los derechos de emisi n de varios largometrajes. Tambi n se han autorizado varios contratos, derivados de la obligaci n de inversi n establecida para RTVE en la Ley General de Comunicaci n Audiovisual, para la adquisici n de los derechos de los largometrajes ltima voluntad, Bajo el mismo techo, Los europeos and Champions.
