VSNEXPLORER takes sports and live events cataloguing to the next level

Thanks to the latest integration of VSNEXPLORER with VSNLOGGER, it is now possible to log contents directly while ingesting, something that boosts sports and live events environments and enhances collaborative work and distribution to second screens thanks to the increase productivity it allows.

Sports and live events environments need, more than ever, a flexible and robust system to save time and manage the material just as it is ingested, without long processes or time in between phases. Now, thanks to VSNEXPLORER's integration with VSNLOGGER, users can directly log contents while these are being ingested.

Events being catalogued are bulked into the MAM system in real time as either existing or new assets. These assets automatically have segments associated with keywords and metadata entered from the logging platform. These functions allow any user to find, retrieve, edit and launch actions from the very start moment the file is logged.

In this way, the contents are available and ready much sooner than before, saving time and resources and allowing for an enhanced collaborative work between departments that boosts productivity and allows for reaching the audience really fast.

An example of these functionalities being tested are its capability to have a live event being logged and ingested at the MAM in real time. While this is happening at a sport event (soccer for example) the TV providers from other locations would be able to share in a few seconds a goal scored in the social networks, OTT and WebTV, in different languages almost instantly.
