Telekom Slovenije Presents New Features for Itak Ljubljana, 28 May Telekom Slovenije today presented the new features, products, and services of its Itak brand in a true Itak style. A fresh visual redesign and a new advertising campaign have ushered in the new Itak times, bringing Itak users revamped, more flexible subscription plans, and the new, state-of-the-art Itak Plejs service, which joins online TV, internet multimedia storage, and video on demand in one place. The revamped offer and the new service bring greater flexibility to Itak users, who can now access their content anytime and anywhere in the spirit of the new tagline: Your time, your rules.

Our Itak brand is closely following the latest trends and needs of the younger generation. New subscription plans follow their desires for flexibility and freedom. We are aware that our Itak users live through their values, manage their own time and their own lives, and create their own rules. We are especially proud that, as of today, we can offer them the state-of-the-art Itak Plejs service, which is the product of Slovenian development and know-how. Itak Plejs provides even greater freedom and mobility, as users can access their content anytime and anywhere, said Marketing Director Simon Furlan at presentation of new Itak features.

Telekom Slovenije offers Itak subscribers three new plans with bundled units of service (voice minutes, messages, data allowance), and unlimited calls to all other Itak users. The new subscription plans aim to offer young people flexibility, a trait Itak users value highly. They provide them with simplicity and freedom of communication in regards to their needs, and they are also modular, so that users can create their own mobile environment with additional Itak services. An additional advantage of the new plans is free and unlimited communication within the Itak community. Itak users can choose between three new Itak subscription plans: D abest 250 (includes 250 units, and is available for 12/month), D abest 2000 (includes 2000 units, and is available for 20/month), and D abest 3000 (includes 3000 units, and is available for 26/month). Itak users can choose how they use the bundled units: either for phone calls to all Slovenian networks, for sending text or multimedia messages, or for data transfer in the home network.

The high-tech new Itak Plejs service is the most advanced online TV, video on demand, and internet multimedia storage solution. It gives Itak users the option of accessing video clips, movies, pictures, and other documents that Itak users can store in the cloud, of watching Red Bull adrenaline footage, checking the TV guide for 160 TV channels, and watching more than more than 10 TV channels live. The range of available channels will continue to grow in the future. Itak users can use and watch all these services on their PC, tablet computer, phone, or any device with Itak Plejs installed anytime and anywhere.

The content of the Itak Plejs service depends on the selected plan. Itak Plejs is designed as a bonus service that Itak users can add to their existing Itak subscription plan. At launch they can select between the Itak Plejs S and Itak Plejs M plans. During the promotional period, which will last until the end of 2013, all Itak subscribers can try the Itak Plejs S plan for free. After the promotional period ends, the price of the plan will be 2 (incl. VAT) per month. Itak Plejs S includes 10 GB of online storage, as well as access to Red Bull footage and the TV guide.

Itak Plejs M includes all the features of Itak Plejs S, as well as the option of watching more than 10 TV channels live. This plan will also be available to Itak subscribers for free until 10 June 2013, after which it will be available at half price, for 2 (incl. VAT) per month, until the end of the year.

Itak Plejs provides Itak users with the option of securely transferring all their video clips, movies, pictures, and documents between devices anywhere and anytime, without ever losing track of the current version. The service has a Slovenian user interface and provides transcoding, which means that file formats are converted during transfer, so that they can be played on the target device. The Moj Plejs service also provides file sharing with friends. It is a perfect tool for creating a network of colleagues, classmates, friends, and acquaintances. Links to files can be shared by e-mail or published on Facebook or Twitter. Users can also share folders or files with friends who are not Itak Plejs users by creating public links.

Subscribers to any of the Itak plans can get Itak Plejs with a quick and simple click of a button. All they need is a user account for Moj Telekom (My Telekom) service, where they can opt for Itak Plejs by clicking Naro i (Order) https://plejs.itak.si. They also require a PC, tablet computer, or a mobile phone with the Itak Plejs app, and they are ready to use this state-of-the art service anywhere and anytime. The Android app is already available at the Google Play store, and the iOS app will be available soon at the App Store.
