RUE Beltelecom expresses gratitude to everybody who used the hotline' with the Director General 10.09.2014

The availability of the hotline' with the Director General of RUE Beltelecom, Sivodedov Sergey Ivanovich, is over.

There were many hotline calls from different regions of our country. Summarizing hotline work, it should be pointed out that the subjects of calls were quite different. Citizens of Belarus asked their questions, expressed their wishes, suggestions and thoughts regarding the operator's work, data transmission, Internet access, telephony, IPTV and other services; as well as current promotions provided by byfly (high speed Internet access) and ZALA (the interactive television). Some subscribers called to thank the workers of company's branches and service centers, call- centers. All subscribers have received answers to the questions that didn't require additional study. Citizens were given qualified explanations; some structural units were instructed to consider the issues appropriately and to provide assistance in solving the problems. The Director General has taken personal control for some questions.

In RUE Beltelecom there are hotlines' that are available every day from 09.00 to 16.00, except weekends and holidays (lunchtime from 13.00 to 14.00). More details regarding telephone numbers are available here.

There are inquiry services, which you can apply to for the information about services provided and activity of the company; there you can also get qualified advices, call a specialist for troubleshooting: 130 inquiry service and 123 technical support service (both are free of charge). The phone numbers are available on the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus.
