The LG G Smartphone Available at Telekom Slovenije

The LG G2 Smartphone Available at Telekom Slovenije Ljubljana, 10 October - Telekom Slovenije became the first provider in Slovenia to offer its users the state of the art Sony Xperia Z1 mobile phone on Monday, 7 October, and, as of Friday, 11 October, its range will boast yet another top of the line device from the far east: the best and most exquisite Android mobile phone that South Korean LG has ever made, the G2. The global launch of this mobile device, which can operate in second, third, and fourth generation networks, was in August, and became available in a few select major markets in September.

The basic technical specifications attest that this is truly a marvel of a device:

- talk time up to 2058 minutes,

- standby time up to 800 hours,

- up to 32 GB of memory (up to 24.80 GB available to the user),

- a 2.26 GHz quad-core processor,

- the Android 4.2 operating system localized in Slovenian,

- a 13.21-cm (5.2 ) HD screen (1920 x 1080 pixels),

- a True HD-IPS + LCD screen,

- dual photo and video shooting mode,

- AUDIO ZOOM for automatic tracking of a selected sound when shooting a video,

- TRACKING ZOOM for tracking and zooming in on a selected object when shooting a video,

- Full HD video recording,

- the KNOCKON feature (double tap the screen for locking and unlocking the phone),

- controlling the device using the buttons on the back of the device (switch on/off, increase/decrease volume, shortcuts).

In spite of a relatively large, 5.2-inch touchscreen, the mobile phone appears neither big nor stocky. LG decided to place all three physical buttons on the back of the device, under the camera lens, which freed up some space up front. The large screen provides a razor sharp high definition picture, and the handset also boasts a high-end camera with 13 megapixels and HD video recording. In addition, the LG G2 sports a large battery.

The installed software and additional apps make this mobile phone extraordinary, able to compete with the very best devices in the market. It is aimed at the most demanding users, who want top of the line performance in apps and multimedia services.

Telekom Slovenije will begin offering the LG G2 on Friday, 11 October, at the unsubsidized price of 669 without a contract, and as part of its general promotional campaign at 504 and 540 for a 24 and 12 month contract respectively, as well as with payment in installments of 21 x 24 or 45 x 12).
