The ninth annual South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) has introduced a new Best Presenter Award, the only award category which is to be voted for by the public. Winners will be announced at the awards evening on 22 March.
The competing presenters have been allocated a number ranging from 1 to 18 and to vote, the public need to SMS the relevant number allocated to their favourite presenter to 33100. SMS s cost R1.50 (a flat rate on all networks).
The numbers allocated to nominated presenters are as follows:
