Succeful Viz Guru in Atlanta

Viz Guru Atlanta took artists to the next level, teaching advanced techniques on topics such as maps, scripting, social media integrations, and data driven scenes. Participants also got a good look at whats next with sessions on graphics channels for Viz Artist and the all new Viz Multiplay.

At the end of August, on a beautiful summer day, Viz Guru was hosted in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Viz Guru is designed to take Vizrt designers to the next level in Viz Artist. The Guru's main layout was focused on broadcast graphics. The following subject matters in particular, Viz World , Vizrt Scripting, Viz Datapool, and other topics received attention. The event was well received by all attendees!

Vizrt's own product specialist manager Ben Kern, kicked off with an overview of Viz World 14. Explaining to attendees the difference between Viz World 13 and Viz World 14. Scripting was the follow up on day 2 taught by Huy Nguyen, from basic building blocks to advanced techniques. Datapool was covered by Matt Miller, which gave people an understanding of the underlying pieces of data driven scenes. Other subjects such as Social TV Solution , Viz Multiplay , and GFX Channels in Viz Artist where also covered. Taught by Vizrt product specialists Oscar Aguilar, Jenifer Andrade, and Jordan Mann.

The Last Viz Guru held in the United States was in Los Angeles of January 2013. We sent our best employees to Viz Guru in Atlanta to provide everyone with an informative session. The event was a major success. All Vizrt employees strived to do their best!

Viz Guru is intentionally laid out to provide everyone with advanced techniques. Also it allows us to reach out to those who feel the need to know more about Vizrt software. Tips and tricks are shared with attendees on certain subjects inside of Viz Artist. People also get to see sneak peaks on what is on the horizon, like items such as Viz Multiplay .

With each attendee having different backgrounds and coming from different companies, Viz Guru also becomes a forum for trading ideas and techniques between the designers. Vizrt encourages this sharing of ideas with social events throughout the week.

To attend a Viz Guru event, one must be invited by Vizrt. Hosting the Viz Guru event by invitation only allows for the highest quality participants and training.

Besides Viz Guru events, Vizrt offers other opportunities to become a certified Vizrt user. Currently we offer two exams, which are the Certified Pro Viz Artist Designer Exam, and the Certified Pro Viz Trio Operator Exam.
