ROCK ROYALTY, CHILD ABDUCTION, BOUNTY HUNTERS, GANGS: LIPSYNC ANNOUNCES A DIVERSE ROSTER FOR POST 22 Apr 2013

LipSync Post continues to show its diversity with a range of recently awarded post-production contracts.

All Is By My Side is the highly anticipated Jimi Hendrix biopic from Darko Entertainment, Subotica Entertainment and Matador Pictures. John Ridley (co-writer on Steve McQueen's Twelve Years A Slave) will direct from his original screenplay about the late guitar genius, played by Andr Benjamin. Darko Entertainment will finance the film and the company's Sean McKittrick and Jeff Culotta are producing with Danny Bramson, Subotica's Tristan Orphen Lynch and Matador's Nigel Thomas. LipSync will provide full finishing post-production services including picture, VFX and all deliverables.

Catch Me Daddy follows Laila, a girl on the run from her family and hiding out in the badlands of West Yorkshire with her drifter boyfriend Aaron. When her brother arrives in town with a gang of bounty hunters in tow, she is forced to flee for her life and face her darkest night. The film is produced by Emu Films' Mike Elliott and Hayley Williams, with Daniel Wolfe directing his own screenplay. Post-Production Supervisor Shuna Frood returns to LipSync, with whom she worked on The Deep Blue Sea. LipSync provides equity investment and full finishing post services including grade, sound, VFX, titles and deliverables.

LipSync has also won the post-production contract for The Broken, a thrilling but harrowing tale of child abduction and illegal trafficking which features up-and-coming talent Mark Harris (Brighton Rock, Offender, Outside Bet) in the lead role. LipSync provides post services including grade, full sound, VFX, trailer and full deliverables.

Still is a thriller following a man (Aidan Gillen, The Wire), whose life has spiralled out of control after the death of his teenage son and finds himself embroiled in a feud with a teenage gang. Zorana Piggott of 011 Productions and Colette Delaney-Smith of Blunt Pictures produce. LipSync will provide full post services.
