Ningbo Advertising Industry Park begins to show its cluster effect

The advertising industry park is aimed to be a base for modern urban serials shooting, data internet advertisement and advertising design and innovation. So far, enterprises of these three kinds have settled in the park and the cluster effect begins to surface. said Chen Weijun, deputy director of the Management Committee of Ningbo Advertising Industry Park.

Tucked away in NSBD (Ningbo Southern Business District), the park was confirmed as the national pilot park of advertising industry propped up by state financial support. The Management Committee of the park was then established on August of the same year implementing Two Names but One leadership with NSBD. Last year, there were about only 130 enterprises in the park. However, the number of advertising innovation enterprises and relevant enterprises picked up to 302 for the time being. Famous enterprises in advertising design and innovation, film production, new media and internet advertisement are entering the park one after another. Among them, not a few enterprises are local outdoor advertising forerunners including Ningbo Vision Media Co., Ltd. Enterprises with good reputation in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou have also established their subsidiaries in Ningbo. For example, Ningbo Modern Culture Media Company which is located in Yinzhou district is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Modern Culture Media Co., Ltd. The headquarters of Ningbo Qimiao Science and Technology Co., Ltd is also located in the park.

It is learned from Chen Weijun that the film and television programs taking the park as the main shooting venue have been produced after Modern Culture Media Company settled in. The program symbolizes that the park is well equipped with professional film and television enterprises with a one-stop service integrating play writing, shooting venue, project declaration and approval, post-editing and online screening. This marks a milestone in improving the cultural and creative industry chain, enriching the content of cultural innovation and boosting the development of cultural industries for Yinzhou district and Ningbo at large.

The park adheres to the principle of soliciting big investment and introducing optimal enterprises while attracting businesses. The staff in the Investment Attraction Department and General Department receive calls from more than a dozen enterprises, many of which inquire about the application procedures for settling in the park. said a person in charge of the park's Management Committee. We will step up our efforts in this respect. Currently, enterprises including ZHIHUITC ADVERTISING Co., Ltd and Ningbo Shengshi Culture Media Co., Ltd are located in the park along with the enterprises of huge development potentials including Ningbo Digital Technology Co., Ltd and Jiuchuang Advertising Co., Ltd. They have made great contributions to improve the advertising industrial chain as well as industrial cluster effect of the park.
